Install cPAddon Site Software via CLI or WHMAPI
Open Discussion
As a server administrator I would like cPanel to provide a command-line way (whether through scripts or an API call) to install and enable cPAddons, so that I can accomplish all of these steps without having to go through WHM.
This is really a huge inconvenience if you are managing a large network of servers. The structure and content of the files in usr/local/cpanel/cpaddons is not at all easy/economical to safely duplicate due to them being generated by other cPanel code, leaving admins with no choice but to build horrible fudges, obtaining cpsession tokens and sending http requests to mimick a browser. This was an absolute PITA when we recently had to remove installations of the WordPress Toolkit.
