Improve File Protect Performance

Hello,
At the end of EasyApache, "enablefileprotect" is run and it takes forever to complete.
My file system is huge, with loads of inodes, so I believe this is the reason it takes a lot of time to complete.
Even if I disable File Protection, it still runs and takes a long time to run, because it simply does the opposite, with "disablefileprotect".
I would like to disable those routines completely, so that I run EasyApache without having to kill it manually when it begins File Protect routines.

File Protect is significantly faster in 11.48. On my test system it went from 38 minutes to 14 seconds. There should be no need to skip it anymore.
