Have ability to override Server Configuration settings such as Tweak Settings for reseller admins
This is my scenario. I have a reseller package I bought from another reseller company who have removed the 'Tweak Settings' under the 'Server Configuration' section in WHM. This makes it difficult to tweak settings for our own reseller packages.
The reason why the Tweak Settings was disabled is because any changes would be reflected for all of the reseller company's customers, which makes sense. It would be nice for the developers to allows us as secondary resellers to override the Tweak Settings or any other relevant settings just for our own customers web packages. For example, I want to disable 2 webmail packages from cPanel and this would allow me to do it without affecting the overall cloud server that hosts many other customers from the main reseller company or I might want to set password strength to a higher or lower value, etc.
Please let me know if I am not explaining this properly.

Based on what you've describe, it really seems like a reseller account is not a good fit for you current, and that you would be better off in your own server. The tweak settings menus are intentionally limited to root-level access, as they make root-level changes to the server. It sounds like your webhost isn't allowing you root access.
I'm also going to leave this request here for discussion, because I think there's a possibility that we'll consider this in the future.

For those who do not have full root access to WHM, should vote for this development. It's a great feature to add and will benefit your customers hugely.

As nobody has commented about this feature, I feel I may be the only person on here that does not have root access. Surely this can't be the reason. I'm shocked.

find this today and as reseller have same and other issues. For instance our emails get bounced due to the server settings where only root can make tweaks without the options as a reseller user to alter what get bounced and what not for our Reseller level. Own server is not an option since small reseller. Option to alter this setting on WHM user level will be much appreciated.
