FTP Login with Reseller Password

Allow resellers to login to user FTP accounts with their password. Currently you can login with user and root passwords, but not the reseller password.
I like this idea 
cPanel, WebHost Manager and WHM are registered trademarks of cPanel, L.L.C. for providing its computer software that facilitates the management and configuration of Internet web servers.
In general, we'd like to discourage users from using FTP since it's an insecure protocol.
Barring that, though, I'm curious if you've been able to use things like SFTP or the File Manager to accomplish your goal here. Have you found an available workaround?
