Fix the CSV format for List Accounts exporter

Please fix the export to CSV process in the List Account screen: it is using a date/time format that confuse Excel. The year should use 4 digits and for the date use a standard format. Example:
12 Feb 17 13:35 should be exported as 2012/02/17 13:35
