Expose ability to edit email templates via interface

Make emails that go out as default emails to customers so they can be customized by the WHM owner. Default emails when a customer is approaching their plan's server space don't say what they need to say, and I'd like to be able to change emails like this without having to use command line, or something like that. Your instructions for doing this are greek to me. Make this more user-friendly to people who don't know command line.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you are referring to the ability to edit the Email Templates stored at:

/usr/local/cpanel/src/templates/

such as:

mainacct_disk_warning

Is this correct?

If so, you are right that this is already possible by copying the ".default" config to ".local" and making your changes there. However, you've indicated this is too complex for your desires and you want something exclusively interface driven. Is this also correct?

If I'm correct, then this is certainly a reasonable feature request. However, understand that that this feature request may not see the priority it otherwise would if this action were not otherwise possible through some means (even if it is through command line).

You can always reach out to our support staff at https://tickets.cpanel.net for guidance on items like this. While support may not perform the customization for you, they can assist with letting you know what actions you'd need to specifically take to make those customizations.

That is correct... make this feature more user-friendly similar to others that don't require editing files (like at /usr/local/cpanel/src/templates/) to make changes.

Thanks for your consideration.
