As a System Administrator, I would like for the cPanel files to be separate from other directories and under a special user so that they are more secure and difficult for hackers to access.

I would request cPanel to have cPanel files separate to any other directly under special user to provide maximum security.
As I've been facing issues with modifying shadow files frequently by a hacker.
I like this idea 
cPanel, WebHost Manager and WHM are registered trademarks of cPanel, L.L.C. for providing its computer software that facilitates the management and configuration of Internet web servers.
Only things related to customer's web content and the emails should be accessible for customer. Rest of everything should not be accessible by customer or any hacker script.
