Enable support for SpamHaus DBL

Normal DNSBL are based on IP address.


The SpamHaus DBL is based on sender email address.


The SpamHaus DBL is very reliable for filtering out quite a bit of spam.


Incorporating it into your Exim Spam Filters would be VERY helpful.

SpamHaus DBL is already enabled, by default in Spam Assassin.
