As a System Administrator, I would like to have system user mail, such as root user notifications, sent via an authenticated SMTP connection. This would prevent issues with third-party email providers and relays (such as antispamcloud.com) rejecting mail due to unauthenticated connections.
Enable SMTP authentication on local delivery
Not Planned
As a system administrator I would like the option to limit or disable user access to the sendmail and exim binary, thereby forcing local email users to authenticate before sending emails to local users, in order to increase the security of my server, and reduce spam. cPanel's current implementation does not prevent this access, leading to increased spam and a decrease in security for my email accounts.
Yes, the feature should update.. Because this feature may help to avoid spoofing in an extend..

This should be implemented. Servers are easily used for spamming without smtp authentication on local delivery. Getting too many complaints from clients
