Enable mod_userdir when using mod_ruid2

Currently mod_userdir is not supported by EasyApache when using mod_ruid2. There are stated reasons for this, but it would be nice to be able to force the option either way (maybe add a warning notification).

According to the following link, it should be possible: http://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=46615

I realize there are other methods of accessing the sites (e.g., hosts file editing and other workarounds), but trying to explain those to end users is frustrating at best, if not impossible in some cases.

If there are security issues involved just issue a warning when selecting that configuration, and let the server admins make that choice.
