Enable Jailed SSH option in package

Needs Feedback

When defining a package, you can select to enable SSH. However this enables the standard SSH access. It would be good to be able to also select the Jailed SSH option (in my opinion it should even be the default behaviour).

The ability to set the default shell to Jailed Shell already exists within the product. Under "Tweak Settings", you will see the option:

"Use cPanel® jailshell by default"

Simply turn this "On". Any account that is given shell access will then default to jailed shell.

However, it seems this feature request deals more with enacting this behavior on a per-package level rather than at a server-wide level, so I'd like to leave this feature request in and open it for further feedback and voting.
