Empty/purge an email account

Instead of deleting an account and recreating it, it'd be nice to be able to simply delete all of the messages directly from within cPanel.

Thank you so much for your input! I'm going through some historical requests and wanted to clarify yours a bit. In you mind would this feature be something that a user could run, or would this be limited to root and/or a reseller?

This could be done the user, reseller or admin. I have to do this often for users right now via Config Serve Mail Manage which lets me empty a mailbox with one click. Thanks.
