We like suggest to add feature to prevent send duplicate email to all users.
Example:
[] checkbox - send only one message per unique email
When user have multi accounts, user get message for each account.
If user have 10 accounts then user get 10 messages.
Is there a way to add this feature to prevent send duplicate message per email?

Nobody? I'm glad nobody else is sending notifications to all the user base via WHM, I guess. In the meantime, the lack of this feature continue to annoy a group of customers whenever a mail is sent using this method... :(

Looks like nobody is using the Email All Users feature. Maybe cPanel should remove it from WHM and hopefully nobody will notice :-)

I support it. It makes sense, and I have the same issue.

The truth is I've never used that function, but if I get to use it I would like to not send duplicate emails.
