Email account owner when IP is blacklisted

I've spent several sessions with my ISP after being locked out of my WHM account because of excessive login errors (presumably my email client). It sure would be nice to have an email sent out to the owner of a WHM account when an IP is blocked. Many other social media accounts and other online tools offer such a feature and it'd eliminate the waste of time trying to figure out why logins were failing.

This would be interesting as it would allow us to know we were IP

blocked and can use a different IP to quickly get back into our system.
