EasyApache 4 Interbase Support

As a Server Administrator, I would like ibase_connect added to the supported versions of PHP in EasyApache4 so that I may interact with Interbase.
I like this idea

ibase_connect is in the PECL repository, however it is not currently listed in the product interfaces. You can manually install this library using our EA4 binary, and then it will show in Multi-PHP versions for both the server and for cPanel users.
