Disable usage notifications for CDROM

I would like an option in the Tweak Settings to allow enable/disable of the disk usage for the cdrom drives. A disk will likely always be 100% full, so whenever a disk is in the drive (or virtually mounted) cPanel will email with a status critical message.
I like the usage notifications as a whole, but this should be separated so that I don't get spammed with these notifications.

In fact, we should be able to exclude partitions by name or UUID or some such, as it's not always CDROM partitions that this affects, and not always read-only, either!
