Disable specific Security Advisor State Change notifications

As a server administrator I would like cPanel to provide more granular control over Security Advisor alerts, because some alerts are not a high priority for me while others are. For example I would like to be notified of kernel upgrades, but daily emails about processes running with outdated executables are not something I would like.

Voted yes, because it would be helpful to disable warnings that cPanel vendors set in security advisor. Some admins prefer different choices, and not the ones set by vendors as an advertisement.
