Custom Bandwidth Exceeded Page

It would be great to have a Customized "bandwidth exceeded page" with the option to redirect the customer to an "upgrade package" page or to a sales/customer service email in case they want to upgrade their plan.
Usually when a customer see the Bandwidth exceeded page, they contact support team to find out more about that error and asking how can they solve it.. So maybe adding some info about that error and giving the chance to upgrade the plan will help a lot.
