cPHulk Notes for Whitelist and Blacklist

I would like to see an improvement to the cPHulk feature whereas I can add a note/text next to the IP addresses in the Whitelist and Blacklist so that I can remember what the IP is used for.
An example of when this is useful is when a customer has a dedicated cPanel server and they want to Whitelist all of their branch offices. We need to record which IP goes to which office for quick reference.
