cpHulk block county's ips
Needs Review
As a server administrator I would like cPanel to maintain a list of IPs delegated to each country, and I would like to option to have cPHulk block all IP addresses associated with a country automatically in the event that cPHulk blocks a defined number of IP addresses over a defined amount of time.
I like this idea

The ability to self-maintain allow and deny access for countries for cPHulk was added in v70 of cPanel & WHM.
