Cpanel repair option and consistency check

Recently I dealt with an issue with Cpanel after I migrated servers, and for awhile now It has been showing duplicate features, and offering features that are not available, and not showing certain features. I would like to see an app that checks file consistency of Cpanel, Single or Multiple for Re sellers, and fixes the problems that it finds, via Re install / Delete of Duplicate /Delete of un usable - damaged feature, and to make this available on a schedule could be beneficial too.

The consistency of the core Cpanel file structure in the users root directory. possibly a script that can determine if the required files / scripts for the features that are available and installed are present in said directory, and that they have the correct permissions.

No i did not, a third party had transferred my account from a business professional hosting to a Personal account. Since the first migration, they have had issues. and the wait for technical support is long and grueling. If there were a way to confirm all features, even for basic user, or a beginner. I think it could save a ton of headaches and time if there were a way to easily run a check after any migration. since some of these hosting companies have upwards of 24 hour waits until a admin can respond to a ticket. I know that it has cost me extra to wait around instead of being able to run a repair script and confirm that my root Cpan directory is consistent and in operating condition.
