Configure Remote Service IPs API

As a System Administrator, I would like the ability for an API call for the Configure Remote Service IPs feature in WHM. This would allow me to make changes to the /etc/ips.remotedns file via an API call.

This would be super useful, as management of this type of information is very likely to be handled by an automated system.
