Can you be more specific with what you mean? It sounds like this is something that can be resolved by naming your databases something relative to what they're for.
Examples:
cpaneluser_joomla
cpaneluser_wordpress
cpaneluser_calendar
Right away it's immediately obvious what those database are for without needing to look further.

i think, because of security or other reason, this should be stored only in cPanel.
