Comment on IP for allowed white lists

If you have brute force or IP restriction for some services, and if you whitelist some IPs, its impossible to know which IP belongs to which customers. There should be a box next to the IP so we can add a comment to it, like the username for which account this was whitelisted so we can track which customers already has an IP in the whitelist for his office or business.

maybe at the same time there could also be an X icon next to the blocked ips to remove 1 single ip from the temp blocklist manually
