Combine backup and backup wizard interfaces

As a cPanel user I would like to see the "Backup" and "Backup Wizard" pages combined into a single, improved page that would reduce confusion and more clearly present my backup options.

I do believe strongly that these 2 icons are duplicates, it should be merged into 1 icon backup feature.


Moreover we actually can't disable 1 of the icons in feature manager....
