Add item change the ROOT password in the menu WHMDNSOnly, exactly the same as in the basic version, the WHM

The cPanel DNSONLY software allows you to run a dedicated physical nameserver. It is the simplest version of cPanel & WHM, and only replicates DNS zones to your other servers.

1. Login as root on the server


2. Run the command "passwd"


3. Enter the new password and confirm it


That's it.


You don't need to reboot the server to take it in effect. Also no need to reconfigure DNS clustering, DNS clustering rely on user accesshash not password.
