AutoSSL verification hooks for verification with external DNS

As a web hosting provider I would like cPanel to extend the AutoSSL and DCV hookable events so I can use Let's Encrypt's Wildcard SSL certificates while using an external DNS (like Cloudflare).This would make it possible to have the hook remotely create TXT records to demonstrate domain control and verify ownership.

I have this feature request which if implemented correctly, should provide an API the community can use to integrate with other third party DNS providers.
