AutoSSL should write text file before access check

As a server administrator I would like cPanel to offer me the option to have AutoSSL write its DCV files before it attempts to verify the file, so that I can still use AutoSSL while also increasing security to my server by disallowing access to nonexistent files on my server.
I like this idea

I think writing the DCV before attempting to verify the file should be the default behaviour - I see no reason for optional alternative behaviour.
