I would like to see option in whm where I can set the number of days to automaticly empty .trash folder on new paper_lantern theme as this theme introduced .trash folder in file manager

This should be implemented as an option on WHM > Tweak Settings. The admin should be able to enable or disable the trash for all accounts.
I think this feature is valuable because clients tend to trash things and never empty the trash and then complain about full accounts... etc.

This is a must. The Trash folder will eventually fill-up the server with "trash" and it will happen fast for servers with 1000s of Cpanel accounts.

It is a required feature, Many users don't know about trash and empty trash.. They think their host account has problem.

This feature actually increases support requests. We prefer to have users request a restore from backup then not know what is using up all their disk space.

or why not a option for a time limit on trash. trash is kept for x days. then a cron cleans it up. Also we are talking about options right not absolutes. we are not asking for features to be hard coded, yes?

Yes, that would be great - maybe 30 days? Or make it configurable in WHM? Most end users are not going to have any idea that they are wasting space.

Agreed, we are seeing support request every week due to trash implentation, I would rather just not have it at all, we provide daily downloadable back-ups for our clients..
