Automatically Setup Proxy Subdomains for Newly Added Add-on & Parked Domains

Presently, proxy subdomains are automatically added only on a primary domain of an account. While you can manually add A records for add-on domains or parked domains, I feel they should be automatically setup when an add-on or parked domain is added to an account. I note the following are added, webdisk, cpcalendars and cpcontacts on add-on domains so it would be great to see it be done for cpanel, whm and webmail as well. I believe this would allow for better consistency across the board.
