Automatically assign Reseller Shared IP upon account creation

We offer dedicated "Reseller Shared IP's" to all of our Reseller clients so that we can isolate our resellers (and resold accounts) because of email blacklisting. Currently, in order to assign a Reseller Shared IP address, the account needs to be created first, and then a Reseller Shared IP can be assigned manually.

There needs to be a way to automatically assign a Reseller Shared IP upon the creation of a new reseller account.
