Automate reverse DNS for plans with a dedicated IP address

As a systems administrator, I would like to see cPanel accounts created with a dedicated IP address automatically generate a PTR record so that end users have working rDNS and no email deliverability issues.

In this day and age when every server sending email needs to have matching forward/reverse DNS, cPanel should be able to automate PTR record creation via template for nodes which have a dedicated IP as part of their feature set.

I would like to see this happening, PTR records are kind confusing and it would help a lot to automate the process.
