Auto-upgrade a hosting account to a higher plan when limits are tripped

I'd like to have the ability for cPanel to auto-upgrade hosting accounts to a higher plan if the existing plan limits (storage and bandwidth) are tripped. If an account was getting close to it's plan limits then naturally advisory messages would be generated to indicate that the plan will be auto-upgraded to the next plan if those limits are tripped. So it would be another way of preventing a site from erroring or going down because it's hitting hard limits.
