With IPv4 running out of addresses and IPv6 starting to become more and more prominent, we should have the ability to give a reseller a range of available IPv6 addresses to allocate to their accounts.

As a server owner I would like to be able to have cPanel automatically create and assign a /$X from the default IPv6 range to a new reseller account, where $X is be a variable defined by the server administrator.

Similar to this, it would be good to be able to delegate a main shared IPv6 address for resellers, in addition to the standard shared IPv4 address.
