As resellers, do not let clients set their own email quotas - only admins can set quota amounts

As a reseller (not root user), I would like the ability to disallow my resold accounts the ability to adjust their email quotas, instead allowing me to manage the quotas for email accounts created on cPanel accounts that I own from WHM.

cPanel users, please vote for this option. It's a great option to have.

I think this is a very important feature to have. Why nobody has even read or voted for this option is a real miracle.
