As a Server Administrator, I want to allow ServerLimit to exceed MaxClients via the UI when using the Worker MPM, so that newer admins can make changes to MaxClients

Customer is requesting that ServerLimit be allowed to exceed MaxClients in Apache Configuration >> Global Configuration when MPM Worker is in use.

Also with worker mpm, the ability to install and not have to create separate files. At present /var/cpanel/templates/apache2/main.local has to be created to avoid the nightly update of /var/cpanel/templates/apache2/main.default. "sigh"
