API based cPanel to cPanel account transfers

As a Server Administrator, I want API based cPanel to cPanel account transfers, so that I can automate account transfers.
I want to move a cpanel account from another server where I have only the cpanel shared account permission.

It would be very useful to have a Transfer module available in the WHM
api. Many times we do not have the root login for a customer's origin
server and for resellers that need to transfer several accounts the
ability to script transfers would save a lot of time.

+1 for this, it would be great to assist with customer migrations from other hosts.

We really need this feature - Make sure you set it up so the losing host doesn't have to be on the same WHM version though.
Else if they're coming from a host who doesn't update their cPanel, then we would be stuck & unable to automate it.
