As a Server Administrator, I want a notification to occur when modifying the quota for an account if it would put the account owner or reseller over their defined limits, so that mistakes are prevented when supporting clients.

If you are logged in to WHM as root and modify a quota for an account there should be some sort of indication or warning if the edit you are performing would put the account's owner/reseller over their defined limits. Including the amount of overage would be even more useful. Obviously you should still be able to continue despite the warning but having it there will prevent mistakes when supporting clients.

Also, the same for bandwidth changes that would cause and exceed of the user's resource limits.
