As a reseller I want to customize my own set of notification templates

Right now there can be only one set of notification templates. Modifications are limited to those with root access to the operating system. On a multi-reseller server there is no means to brand, or otherwise customize these notifications.

It is very important to communicate with our customers in their own language and even when these communications are alert messages.
Usually, at least in my case, my clients to receive messages in English, do not take it into account and warning messages as a mailbox to reaching the limit is ruled to be in English and not in the language of our clients.
