Restoration process to automatically resume and email me in the event that the process times out

As a Reseller, I want the restoration process to automatically resume and email me in the event that the process times out, so that the process can continue as normal and I can be notified of the occurrence.

Currently when using the Restore Multiple Accounts feature in WHM's graphical interface (e.g. when doing a full server restore) account restorations may timeout halting the restoration process. Instead of simply halting the process should automatically resume and the root user contacted via email that the process was resumed (since this is often a start and then brew a pot of tea/coffee type of process.
