API call to change server contact e-mail

As a server administrator, I would like an API call to change the server's contact e-mail address (CONTACTEMAIL in /etc/wwwacct.conf). Such a function already exists to change an account's contact address, but it does not work for root.

This functionality is available via WHM API 1 update_contact_email.
