Allow the Zone Editor to create/edit NS records

As a cPanel User, I would like if the Zone Editor allowed the ability to create/edit NS records so that they do not need to open a support ticket to delegate subdomains, because this can only be done @ the WHM level.
I like this idea

We would also like this.
Our use case is to allow customers to delegate DNS management for a subdomain :
- Some e-mail providers require this
- Some advanced users need to do this so they can allow a third party to create DNS records based on a subdomain.
