Allow Server admin to disble the stock styels in HOME - CPANEL - CUSTOMIZATION

As a cPanel Administrator, I would like to be able to toggle which display styles my customers have access to so that I can prevent users from accessing stock styles.

I would very much like to have a simple setting in HOME - CPANEL - CUSTOMIZATION - CUSTOMISE STYLE that sets any given style (especially the stock styles) an unavailable. The goal is to allow clients to only select custom styles. You do not have to remove the stock styles, just add a simple boolean flag for each that dictates if it is to be listed in the styles that a user sees when he goes to cPanel - preferences - change styles.
