Allow IP Address - Filter Incoming Emails by Country

As a WHM user, I would like the ability to allow (unblock) single or multiple IP addresses in WHM's Filter Incoming Emails by Country interface. Currently, if you choose to block a region, you cannot allow a single IP address in Exim's configuration without unblocking that region.

Thanks for the feedback! Going to mark this planned because it's not on a roadmap at the moment, but leaving it open for discussion and to come back with updates when we have more information
