Add/Modify Package - hourly mail limits
For the root WHM user, when you add or edit a package the Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed and Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour values should default to the server-wide setting (maxemailsperhour and email_send_limits_defer_cutoff) instead of unlimited.
For non-root WHM users, the Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed and Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour values should be set to the server-wide settings (maxemailsperhour and email_send_limits_defer_cutoff) and not be changeable.
As it stands now (at least with cPanel 11.56.0.28) the root user can log in, edit a package, and inadvertently give that package unlimited email limits. Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed and Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour used to not be defined per package.
Yes, this needs to get fixed. Otherwise, there is no point in having these values in tweak settings because the packages have no way of supporting them.
