Add useful logging to transfer logs, and not "sshcommandfailed=$random_number"

Completed

See case 63849, opened March 1st, 2013, which I eventually closed due to lack of dev response and due to the features system being implemented.

This request is to stop using things like "sshcommandfailed=1" in the /var/cpanel/logs/copyacct_* transfer logs, and use something understandable by human beings.

For example, if a command failed, print information that shows the command that failed, rather than "sshcommandfailed=1", or "sshcommandfailed=13", "sshcommandfailed=127", and so on.
