Add timestamp to view_transfer command line tool

As a sysadmin I would like to have the timestamp (Either unix timestamp or actual time listed (month, day, year, hour, minute, second)
It allows me to see if accounts spend a long time on certain steps, since it's not very clear right now, except if you tail the thing during transfers.
I like this idea
