Add the Elastic skin to RoundCube

As a web hosting provider, I would like cPanel to upgrade to Roundcube Version 1.4.0 so that we can use the Elastic responsive skin that has support for desktop, tablet, and smartphone email.

Hi,I have some websites on alastyr.com hosting company wich use CPanel v84.0.18 with automatic update function(If you add any future or version upgrade, they get automaticly). I got some information about CPanel v84 from them which Cpanel v84 has default Roundcube version v1.3.8.

I want to use Roundcube Webmail Client v1.4.1 for have Elastic skin. This skin is very good looking skin for webmail and your in site view. But your Roundcube version is just a little bit old.

Do you plan update your Roundcube version nowadays? Or when do you plan?
