Add support for the language: Tamil

cPanel should make more Indian language supported. Presently Hindi is only language supported.
Make ENGLISH AS DEFAULT LANGUAGE. India does not comprise only Hindi users, many languages are represented, so English menu will allow to easily switch to their respective language.
It is very difficult to follow the default Hindi menu to switch to other language.
Please add Tamil language menus to cPanel as Tamil language web development is very active and Tamil language is official/constitional language is at least 6 countries.

We notice when using Tamil Firefox browser, CPanel thinking it is Hindi, is setting menu to Hindi language causing confusion.
THis problem not there in ENglish browser.
Also please provide option for CPanel tamil menu.
