Add support for sub-resellers

A lot of my customers (especially existing resellers) would love to sell reseller packages by themselves.


It would be great to have a reseller permission that allows them to create new reseller accounts. Obviously these sub-reseller accounts should not be able to have bigger limits than the original reseller account.
